Small children and adolescents can also be exposed to scorching rays for no more than an hour – their fragile body can experience serious stress. This sport is not only useful, but also beautiful, interesting, it can be practiced by people of all ages, most importantly – desire. Many parents give their children to the gym, they, in turn, are happy to do, perform, putting all the emotions and forces into the program. So winners are born – the best gymnasts in the world.
The most famous gymnast in the world is the Russian athlete Alexei Nemov. He was born in 1976, on May 28. Gymnastics began to engage in five years. At the youth championship of the USSR in 1989, Nemov won the first victory. Since then, every year he won awards: in 1990 at the Spartakiad students won in individual all-around events, from 1990 to 1993 he won awards in various international competitions.

One of the most famous cyclists of our time is Lance Armstrong, who was born on September 18, 1971. From the age of 12, this guy began training in the triathlon and by 16 became a professional in this program. The athlete’s greatest strength was cycling, so he turned his attention to him more closely. In 1993, Lance won his first World Cup. In total, during his sports career, the cyclist won bronze at the Olympic Games in Sydney, and also won seven times in the Tour de France multi-day race.
