Today, gymnastics is one of the most popular types of physical education. This sport is not only useful, but also beautiful, interesting, it can be practiced by people of all ages, most importantly – desire. Many parents give their children to the gym, they, in turn, are happy to do, perform, putting all the emotions and forces into the program. So winners are born – the best gymnasts in the world.

The most famous gymnast in the world is the Russian athlete Alexei Nemov. He was born in 1976, on May 28. Gymnastics began to engage in five years. At the youth championship of the USSR in 1989, Nemov won the first victory. Since then, every year he won awards: in 1990 at the Spartakiad students won in individual all-around events, from 1990 to 1993 he won awards in various international competitions.
